Moving my body is one the core pillars in stewardship of my mind, body and soul.

Since the beginning, God created the human body/mankind with the ability to be physically active. 

Before God created mankind, He created land, seas, plants and trees. 

He gave Adam responsibility – physical work/labor to do – tend the garden. 

Movement helps us to live and thrive.

Maybe you are a woman serving in ministry, corporate leadership, stay-at-home mom, or working a 9- 5 job. I can assume your calendar is full, your to-do list is never-ending, and your energy is low.

  1. Take a free fitness class at your local library
  2. Go outside and walk in the sunshine for 30 minutes
  3. Walk up and down the stairs in your home or apartment (if available)
  4. If you have limited mobility, sit in a chair in your living space and stretch
