Several years ago I learned that two women I knew were diagnosed with serious health conditions. Their diagnoses caused me to take my health seriously and be an intentional good steward of my health.

Being a missionary is a blessing and it can be stressful.
Several years ago I realized the importance and necessity of taking care of my health to be better equipped to serve the Lord while on a door-knocking campaign in the hot July sun with the church in Oklahoma. The days were long but it was refreshing each time a precious soul accepted our invitation to study the truth of the Gospel and especially when someone had an obedient faith and was baptized for the remission of their sins.
I have learned how to make simple lifestyle changes and healthy habits and routines to reduce my stress.
