How I Started Using Essential Oils
Hi, my name is Channetta.
I discovered aromatherapy for natural sleep support after not sleeping well on my first mission trip to Guatemala in 2014. Now I sleep 7 – 9 hours each night.
Lavender is my favorite essential oil to support my sleep. I diffuse it and put a few drops on the bottoms of my feet before bed.
Toxins in personal care and home cleaning products can negatively affect our health. I started slow and replaced all toxic products in my home and replaced them with plants/essential oils.
I encourage you to read labels on the products you use and swap them for plant-based products.
