Filling our hearts and mind with God’s holy word is important to our wellbeing

I encourage you to keep the word of God in your heart at all times

Whenever you feel anxiety coming on:

Pause

Take a deep breath

Recite one of the following Scriptures out loud or open your Bible or Bible app and read slowly

God’s holy word comforts the soul

Depending on your situation it may be necessary to seek a Christian counselor to learn how to manage anxiety in a healthy way
