Are you worried?

Reading Scripture can help ease your mind.

You can memorize, read, write in a journal or pray these verses when you are worried.

1. Proverbs 12:25 NLT 

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.

2. Psalm 37:1 NLT

Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong.

3. Matthew 6:31 NLT 

So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?

4. Matthew 6:34 NLT 

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

5. Philippians 4:6 NLT 

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

6. Ecclesiastes 11:10 NLT 

So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless.

7. Luke 10:41 NLT

But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details!
