Do you enjoy the warm glow and scent of candles?

I used to..

I did not really understand the negative impact burning candles had on my respiratory system until a few years ago in yoga class.

I had not used candles in more than 10 years.

Before class, the yoga instructor turned off the lights and lit a candle.

Within minutes I felt my lungs tighten and felt like I was choking

That began my research on harmful toxins in candles.

I shared my research with my yoga instructor.

I learned about the dangers of candles including being a fire hazard, especially around children and pets.

There are some “healthy” alternatives and DIY’s.

Diffusing is simple and fuss-free

Now, I diffuse premium essential oils (plants created by God, not artificial man-made products) to freshen the air and create a relaxing atmosphere.
