How to Make Simple Decisions Using a Timer : CHANNETTA WILLIAMS
Sharing is Caring

We make decisions daily.

Some serious.

Will I choose to obey God?

Some not serious.

What restaurant to choose for dinner?

What picture should I post on social media?

We can spend hours or days in a mind-numbing cycle wasting emotional and mental energy to make simple decisions that can be changed in the future or do not have a serious impact on our lives or the lives of others.

I have been there.

I learned to use an effective and efficient strategy in making simple decisions.

A Timer

1. Set a timer for 10 minutes

2. Be clear on what you need or want

3. Ask yourself “How will this decision affect me?”

4. Ask yourself “How will this decision affect others?”

5. Make a decision and implement it

The amount of time you will save can be used on more productive tasks and save you emotional distress.

Comment below on how you make decisions.

God bless you
