- Meal planning (plan meals in advance each week)
- My 3-step meal plan helps to save money, eliminate food waste, and get in the habit of planning tasty nutritious meals with my simple meal planning sheet
- Meal prep is planning the key ingredients of a meal before you eat it (buying, washing, chopping fruit and vegetables, cooking and storing in the fridge or freezer)
- Portion control bowls
- Color-coded by food group (carbs, protein, vegetables, fruit and healthy fats) to help in eating balanced meals. They can be used with several meal plans such as vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, etc.
- MIND – Renew your mind daily. Honor God by using your mind to make healthy food choices
