Negative effects of clutter:

- Promotes mental health

- Taxes/paperwork and receipts

- Digital space (apps, email, desktop)
- Cabinets
Tips to declutter:
- Start with a plan (what rooms will you organize, gather trash bags, boxes, and markers to label boxes)
- Keep only what you need
- Donate
- Sell
- Buy less stuff
- Create a cleaning routine
- Schedule an annual or quarterly declutter day to keep clutter away
- Office (automate, organize papers, books and office supplies, use checklists)
Envision your once cluttered space as clean, organized, calm, inviting and peaceful.
- MIND – Renew your mind daily with 5-minute clutter-free routines
- BODY – Move your body 30 minutes daily
- SOUL – Get rid of every root of sin, evil, bitterness, anger or other unrighteousness that may be hindering your soul salvation
Daily Add: Set a kitchen timer for 15 minutes and declutter small spaces
