What did you want to be when you were a child?
Have you lost that childlike innocence of dreams and desires?
Reignite your passion and the Godly desires of your heart

- Educate people on holistic wellness and empower them to take care of their bodies
Take time today to dream again with childlike faith
3 Steps to reignite your desires and take steps to achieve them
1. Write your vision on paper, in a journal or vision board
2. Set goals and the daily action steps necessary with my goal-setting worksheet
3. Prioritize the tasks you need to do to accomplish your goal. Time block and make it non-negotiable on your calendar
Envision yourself celebrating the achievement of your goal
- MIND – Renew your mind with Scripture and review your written goals daily
- BODY – Move your body 30 minutes daily
- SOUL – Fulfill your God-given purpose and the desires God has placed within your heart to honor Him
Daily Add: Stop what you are doing now and take time to write your goals on paper
Daily Beware: Procrastinating on pursuing your goal for a more opportune time
