Those are your daily habits for today.
You do not have to go to an expensive spa to pamper yourself (although that is a fun treatđ)
You are worth it!
Simple things you can do at home and feel as though you are at a spa:
- Clean your space
- Dim the lights
- Diffuse calming essential oils (Lavender, Peace & Calming, Frankincense)
- Listen to music
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Eat fresh fruit and drink water
- Hot Epsom salt bath
- Hot shower with a few drops of Raven or Lavender in the shower
- Disconnect from technology and social media
- Sit outside and watch the stars
- Mani, Pedi & facial
These simple habits can help you feel relaxed and refreshed!
