Welcome to 12 Days to Better Wellness.

Congratulations on taking the time to invest in your health!

The goal over the next 12 days is that you feel noticeably better than you do today.

  • Emotionally (mood, hormones)
  • Mentally (clarity, focus)
  • Physically (sleep, energy)
  • Spiritually (spiritual discipline and growth)

I plan to help you by sharing natural tools (prayer, Scripture, aromatherapy, movement, decluttering, etc.) for you to implement daily.

Since I need to explain how this will work, today’s information is the most you will receive.

You will benefit from these simple daily healthy habits you can continue as a lifestyle.

There will be a:

  • 5-minute morning routine (Silence, Prayer, Scripture, Deep Breathing & Aromatherapy) No technology.
  • 5-minute evening routine (Silence, Prayer, Scripture, Deep Breathing & Aromatherapy) No technology.
  • Daily assessment of how you feel emotionally

  • Suggestion for a healthy habit to ADD and an unhealthy habit to BEWARE
  • Daily diffuser blend

The checklist will guide you through your day.
