Today is Laughter 

Research shows that children laugh about 400 times a day, but adults on average laugh only about 15 times.

When was the last time you had a really good laugh?

As we take on the adult responsibilities of work, family, managing households, community service, etc. we tend to laugh less.

I encourage you to set a goal to laugh daily.

Over the last year, I have been taking monthly Zyto Wellness scans to gain insight into what natural solutions my body needs.

Laughter yoga was suggested on one of my scans. 

Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises with breathing techniques.

I enjoy laughter and yoga.

My first class was in a studio in Chicago several years ago.

I stood in a circle with strangers while the yoga instructor gave us instructions to breathe, stretch and laugh.

At first, it was awkward laughing with total strangers, but by the end of the class, we were literally rolling on the floor laughing loudly. 😂

I was so relaxed after that class.

5 Ways to Laugh More:

  1. Play with children
  2. Host a game night with family and friends
  3. Go on a FUN date night
  4. Go to a laughter yoga class 
  5. Start a joke jar (write clean, funny jokes on pieces of paper and read one daily)

Benefits of laughter:

  • Improves mood
  • Reduces stress
  • Enhances social connections
  • Improves quality of life

  • BODY –  Move your body 30 minutes daily
  • SOUL – Refresh your soul with a good laugh today

I laughed a lot last week because I enjoyed my birthday and attended the birthday party of a friend. I try to smile and throw myself a kiss each morning when I look into the mirror.
