Today is Sunshine
Sunshine is a natural vitamin D.
It is important to enjoy sunlight and practice sun safety.
Sleep and sunshine are two healthy habits that can work together by having a relaxing bedtime routine and starting your day with sunshine.
Even if you working when the sun rises or during the day when the sun is shining, make it a habit to take at least a five-minute break to step outside into the sunshine.
Make it a daily practice to walk outside and feel the sunshine.
- Start your morning outside watching the sunrise
- Sit outside on a sunny day and observe nature
- Go to the park and do light stretches in the sunshine
- Play with kids outside
- Sit by a window and feel the sun rays
